When we witness greatness it’s natural to think, “wow, incredible, unbelievable…” and that can be how it appears. But when you take a closer look at the investment and committnet of the player/person, what you will almost alway see is hours and hours and hours of dedicated prepartion.

Very proud of Team Monumental members Dom and Parker, who valiently lead off and dramaticly anchored this 4×100 relay to set a San Diego Division 2 record and a La Jolla High School record.
