Since launching his career as a health and fitness professional in 1988, Cris has continually refined his coaching approach through a relentless commitment to continuing education, a passion for the latest scientific research, and decades of hands-on experience with thousands of individuals, teams, and organizations. His coaching philosophy is rooted in meeting people where they are, then guiding and supporting them through small, progressive steps toward their goals.

Cris’ methodology integrates formal education in cognitive and behavioral psychology, elite fitness certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and—most importantly—deep, practical experience helping clients with a wide spectrum of health, fitness, and athletic aspirations.
